About Andy:
Andy Wright is an experienced senior manager and consultant with over 25 years in the public sector, focusing on co-production, stakeholder engagement, and community development. Through his leadership at A Shared Vision (ASV), Andy has demonstrated a commitment to embedding co-production within healthcare, local government, and public sector initiatives. His extensive experience underscores the importance of structured engagement, participatory decisionmaking, and sustainable collaboration in achieving impactful social change.
- Co-Production Training Expertise: Andy has developed and delivered numerous co-production training programs, including those for NHS North West London Integrated Care Board, NHS Greater Manchester ICB and Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes ICB, focusing on empowering staff with co-production skills.
- Community Engagement Initiatives: He has led various community engagement and stakeholder collaboration projects, including training for Mids and Lancs CSU and Derbyshire County Council on community asset mapping and engagement strategies.
