21 hours per week (flexible), c£23K pa pro rata + benefits

Positive Action has been supporting people living with HIV in Surrey and Hampshire since 1995. Following a significant service review, the charity will now be offering education, information, support and advice to our members through workshops, education, peer-led support and new technology.

We are looking for an experienced trainer or facilitator to join our small, committed team and to help us take forward these exciting developments.   

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a programme of wellbeing training and workshops for people living with HIV across Hampshire and Surrey, and to community groups to promote HIV awareness.

The post holder is also responsible for developing and managing a peer mentor programme based upon the Project 100 programme.

You will also coordinate a programme of events to facilitate peer networking and engagement.

Our office is located in Aldershot but there will be a requirement for travel across Surrey and Hampshire and home working is an option. There is flexibility in working pattern across the week.
